RCM Facilitator (Instrumentation)
📍 Dubai, UAE⏱️ Full‑time⚡ Immediate / max 20 days notice
Job Purpose
To facilitate and lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives, with a specialized background in Instrumentation Engineering. Drive structured implementation of RCM methodologies, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and develop optimized maintenance strategies.
Key Job Accountabilities
Facilitate RCM/FMEA workshops with cross-functional teams.
Develop & validate maintenance strategies based on RCM principles.
Apply instrumentation engineering expertise to analyze control systems, field instruments, and safety loops.
Optimize existing PM plans and drive continuous reliability improvement.
Prepare technical change requests (PMCRs) and support SAP implementation.
Stakeholder collaboration and technical support for asset reliability.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering. Experience: 10+ years in Oil & Gas industry, with proven RCM/FMEA facilitation. Certification (Mandatory): RCM Facilitator Certification (e.g., RCM Facilitator, Practitioner, or Certified RCM Professional).
Key Competencies
Expert knowledge of RCM, FMEA, FMECA, and root cause analysis.
Strong understanding of instrumentation & control systems failure modes.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms (SAP PM, IBM Maximo).
Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within GCC, computer literate, fluent English.
